The apartment was very clean and modern with great amenities like a laundry machine and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff were helpful and attentive. Location was excellent, just a short stroll to the beautiful West Lake and numerous cafes!

The mattress could use an upgrade, as it felt quite firm for my liking.

The venue is regular, nonetheless it offers marvellous location and has excellent staff.

Best and excellent staff that help and have such a great service, gave a few recommendations. The rooms were well stocked, complete with sunlight, snacks and the bedroom, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too...

All Pros, no Cons

The staff here are friendly and efficient, assisting us with airport shuttles and Ha Long Bay tours. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms.

The kitchen in my Executive Suite was super handy, complete with a washer that was a lifesaver! Only downside was that it's a bit far from the Old Quarter. Great experience 😊

Location is far from the Old Quarter, giving a less touristy vibe!!! The area can get noisy at night, which might interrupt sleep for light sleepers!!! Some amenities could use an upgrade!!!

Just spent 3 nights in the Executive Suite, and it was awesome! Super clean, modern. My own laundry machine-a lifesaver! The staff were great, super helpful. Only wish for some glassware in the kitchen. Will definitely return!

The Junior Suite was spacious, but the mattress seemed like a plank.

The noise levels here are absoultely unconscionable, and the staff seemed completely oblivious to it. I also had to endure a smoky smell that lingered despite my insistence on a no smoking room. For the price, i expected a welcome gift or at least some kind of effort to. Almost gave a good review, but i just couldn't.

The location felt a bit distant from the bustling areas, necessitating taxi rides, and some noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable at times. Internet speed was decent, but using a VPN caused some issues.

This was a solid selection for a flying visit in Hanoi with real value for money. The laundry machine in my room was a huge convenience after a long travel day. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
